Support for Employers

NCC can offer employers a range of solutions from certificated blended learning workbooks for self delivery, through to one day face-to-face courses covering a wide selection of subject areas.

Blended Learning Workbooks

Our blended learning workbooks, designed as individual portfolios, cover essential and informative underpinning knowledge and contain relevant activities and questions for completion. The workbooks can be completed in-house without the need for external tutor support. The activities are applied to the workplace for the purpose of demonstrating competence whilst the self-assessment questions help to test knowledge and prepare the learners for completion of an end of course multiple-choice end test. 

The workbooks are supported by an internal workplace mentor who checks progress throughout the course and liaises with NCC for examination papers and certificates. Each workbook is designed to be completed in a period of between 6 and 8 weeks. However, the completion timescales are set by you the employer and not by NCC to ensure that your employees are moving at a pace suitable to their individual requirements and your business needs.

One Day Courses

NCC can also deliver one day face-to-face courses at an employers' premises. This option takes away the need for internal support other than the initial organisation of the training event. Our experienced trainers will come equipped with all necessary delivery materials and provide the delegates with a comprehensive manual suitable for future reference.
