Who We Are
NCC Workforce Development was established 5 years ago by the NCC Group to increase and support employer engagement within the Further Education Sector. Supported by a national network of FE Colleges, we have since expanded our business focus to represent a wider client base encompassing FE Colleges, Private Training Providers, National/Regional Employers, Universities, Welfare to Work Organisations and Awarding Bodies.
What We Do
We work with our clients individually to get an idea of their current business offer, targets, objectives and future aspirations. We then create strategic links to other clients within our network to provide the right solutions that will both enhance and benefit all parties involved.
Our role doesn’t stop at introductions, we also help manage the relationships we create to ensure partnerships are successful and meet agreed outcomes. We can also create business cases with clear objectives to support available procurement and bidding opportunities.
